The basic question is, whether we allow this or not. If we do, the find function has to account for that and e.g. print a separate table with the results it is not sure about.
Then again, this kind of defeats the purpose anyway, so the general rule should be that the user has to provide an input/parameter file.

We could allow for par files and input files.
-> the problem with par files is, that the output is to be highly custom.
For qcd2 of openQCD, I am currently trying to reconstruct the output according to a sample file.
