A measurement record should also have a record of the version of the dataset that it is based on/that it was last updated with.
This could later be facilitate an implementation of two things:
a) when reimporting, check the diffs for whether the measurement needs update or can be skipped (still updating the reference...)
b) allow for auto-updates
